Posters should not exceed 4' (height) x 4' (width) in size to fit into the space provided for
each accepted poster at the Conference. Poster presenters are responsible for bringing
materials (push pins, Velcro, etc.) required for mounting their poster(s) for display.
Posters will be on display in the assigned room at the Conference Center from Sunday, March 4 through Thursday, March 8 at 9 A.M. There will be a Session dedicated to
presentation of posters on Wednesday, March 7, from 7:00 – 8:30 P.M. The
presenting authors are expected to stand by their poster to answer questions throughout
the Poster Session.
The preferred format for poster is Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, and
Discussion/Conclusion. If this is not appropriate (e.g., case report or technique) flowing
text or other modifications are acceptable.
INTRODUCTION: Background on general topic or previous work; include statement of
purpose of the study.
MATERIALS & METHODS: Describe in brief the methodology of research, or technique, used in this study.
RESULTS: Data should be presented in sufficient detail to support the conclusions.
DISCUSSION/CONCLUSION: Include an interpretation of the results. Do not simply
restate the results
